Sort Thousands of Cases a Day — Automatically

HasGrok designs and builds intelligent sorters and case feeders that sort brass by headstamp or by weight — thousands of cases per day. Built for hobbyists who want their time back, high-volume reloaders, and ammo remanufacturers — and supported one-to-one by the owner.

Sort Brass Cases by Weight

Introducing the Quantitator 1000, a groundbreaking machine born from the lineage of the Sortinator 1100, now reimagined for precision weight-based sorting. This machine automates the sorting of projectiles, casings, and live ammunition with meticulous accuracy, based on their individual weight profiles.

Sort Brass Cases by Headstamp

Gone are the days of sitting for hours manually sorting by headstamps. The Sortinator line of machines automates this entire process, leaving you free to invest your time in other places! Whether you’re a hobbyist who needs more time, or an ammo remanufacturing company, the Sortinator will free up your time and significantly increase the amount of brass you can reload.

See how a Sortinator turns hours of hand-sorting into minutes — so you can reload more, in less time.

Complete Integration

Ammo Reloaders and Remanufacturers of all sizes love the complete integration our system offers. The machines know each other’s status, and they’re smart enough to work together or pause the operation, such as when the Feedinator’s hopper is empty.

Sorters

The Sortinator removes the pain and frustration of manually sorting cases by hand. With options for operations of all sizes, you’re sure to find the perfect solution for your needs.

Case Feeders

Compatible with both HasGrok Sortinators, as well as many Dillon products, the Feedinator will be your intelligent, automated system for seamlessly loading cases. Its advanced technology can detect and correct jams. Plus, because it’s consistently learning, each jam that does occur provides another data point to keep that from happening in the future. Length range (models below the Sortinator 2000): you can sort objects of mixed lengths in a single run as long as the shortest piece is at least half the length of the longest (a 2:1 length range) and a feeder can handle the pieces.

Feeding & throughput: each feeder is optimized for a single caliber — that’s how every machine reaches its rated (maximum) throughput. For live-ammunition sorting, optional feeder kits allow mixed calibers in the hopper; in that configuration throughput is lower, the 2:1 length range applies, and the built-in jam-resistant feeding is not guaranteed.

Accuracy depends on clean brass and readable headstamps. Support: every machine includes one-to-one onboarding by Brian, the owner.
